Founded in June 2019, Kandace White, CEO, has served as a Preschool Teacher, Head Start Teacher,  Secondary English Teacher, Elementary Teacher, and a Curriculum Specialist in the public school system. By working with a variety of ages from birth to 18 year olds,

 

Kandace understands the importance of early literacy development and how it impacts learners in the classroom and in the real world.  As early a pre-kindergarten, students learn letter recognition and how to read site words. After second grade, the reading focus changes from learning to read, to reading to learn. If students do not have the early foundation skills with literacy, they will have difficulty understanding texts as they become more complex over time. RRWW will provide resources for English language arts, social studies, science and even math word problems to help students use reading strategies to improve comprehension and answer rigorous questions that align with Texas state standards and common core standards.

 

In addition, tutoring services will be provided for students grades pre-k through college. Kandace is currently working on her Doctorate Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
